Tarte au maroilles – Maroilles pie

1 shortcrust pastry
250-300g of maroilles (northern french cheese)
15cl of milk
15cl of fresh cream
3 eggs
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of cumin
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Fill a pie dish (previously covered with greaseproof paper) with the pie dough
- Scratch the maroilles with a knife
- Cut in into slices of 4-5 mm
- Place the slices on the dough
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, thick fresh cream, pepper, nutmeg and cumin
- Pour the mixture over the dough
- Bake the pie at 200°C for 30-35 minutes
- And you can accompany the pie with salad according to your wishes.
